And I said, Where are you going? And he said to me, To measure Jerusalem, to see how much is its breadth and how much its length.
And see — the angel who was speaking with me was going out, and another angel was going out to meet him.
And he said to him, Run, speak to this young man, saying: Jerusalem will be inhabited as unwalled villages, for the multitude of man and beast in her midst.

The Redemption of Zion
Ah, ah! Flee from the land of the north — the utterance of the LORD — for I have spread you like the four winds of the heavens — the utterance of the LORD.
Ah, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.

For see, I am waving my hand over them, and they will be a spoil to their servants; and you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me.
Sing and be glad, daughter of Zion, for see, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst — the utterance of the LORD.
And many nations will join themselves to the LORD in that day, and they will be my people; and I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you.
And the LORD will inherit Judah as his portion on the holy ground, and he will yet choose Jerusalem.
Hush, all flesh, before the LORD, for he has roused himself from his holy dwelling.
