Our feet have been standing in your gates, Jerusalem.

Jerusalem, built as a city that is joined together,

where the tribes went up, the tribes of the LORD — a testimony for Israel — to give thanks to the name of the LORD.

For there thrones were set for judgment, thrones for the house of David.

Ask for the peace of Jerusalem; may those who love you be at ease.
