And GodAlmightyblessthee, and make thee fruitful,and multiplythee, that thou mayest be a multitudeof people;
And givethee the blessingof Abraham,to thee, and to thy seedwith thee; that thou mayest inheritthe landwherein thou art a stranger,which Godgaveunto Abraham.
And Isaacsent awayJacob:and he wentto Padanaramunto Laban,sonof Bethuelthe Syrian,the brotherof Rebekah,Jacob'sand Esau'smother.
When Esausawthat Isaachad blessedJacob,and sent him awayto Padanaram,to takehim a wifefrom thence; and that as he blessedhim he gave him a charge,saying,Thou shalt not takea wifeof the daughtersof Canaan;

And Jacobwent outfrom Beersheba,and wenttoward Haran.
And he lightedupon a certain place,and tarried there all night,because the sunwas set;and he tookof the stonesof that place,and putthem forhis pillows,and lay downin that placeto sleep.
And he dreamed,and behold a ladderset upon the earth,and the top of itreachedto heaven:and behold the angelsof Godascendingand descending
And, behold, the LORDstoodabove it, and said,Iamthe LORDGodof Abrahamthy father,and the Godof Isaac:the landwhereon thou liest,to thee will I give it,and to thy seed;
And thy seedshall be as the dustof the earth,and thou shalt spread abroadto the west,and to the east,and to the north,and to the south:and in thee and in thy seedshall all the familiesof the earthbe blessed.
And, behold, Iamwith thee, and will keepthee in allplaceswhitherthou goest,and will bring thee againinto this land;for I will not leavethee, untilI have donethatwhich I have spoken
And Jacobawakedout of his sleep,and he said,Surelythe LORDisin this place;and I knew
And he was afraid,and said,How dreadfulisthis place!thisisnone other but the houseof God,and thisisthe gateof heaven.
And Jacobrose up earlyin the morning,and tookthe stonethat he had putforhis pillows,and set it upfora pillar,and pouredoilupon the top of it.
And he calledthe nameof that placeBethel:butthe nameof that citywas calledLuzat the first.
And Jacobvoweda vow,saying,If Godwill be with me, and will keep mein this waythat I go,and will giveme breadto eat,and raimentto put on,
So that I come againto my father'shousein peace;then shall the LORDbe my God:
And this stone,which I have setfora pillar,shall be God'shouse:and of all that thou shalt giveme I will surelygive the tenth
