ON THE MYSTERY OF THE TRINITY
Wishing to investigate something concerning the mystery of the Trinity, with divine grace going before, we set forth two things as preambles; of which the first is the foundation of all certain knowledge, and the second is the foundation of all faithful knowledge.
The first is whether that God exists is an indubitable truth.
The second is whether that God is triune is a credible truth.
