Then Josephcouldnot refrainhimself before all them that stoodby him; and he cried,Causeevery manto go outfrom me. And there stoodno manwith him, while Josephmade himself knownunto his brethren.
And he weptaloud:and the Egyptiansand the houseof Pharaohheard.
And Josephsaidunto his brethren,IamJoseph;doth my fatheryet live?And his brethrencouldnot answerhim; for they were troubledat his presence.
And Josephsaidunto his brethren,Come nearto me, I pray you. And they came near.And he said,IamJosephyour brother,whom ye soldinto Egypt.
Now therefore be not grieved,nor angrywith yourselves,that ye soldme hither: for Goddid sendme before youto preserve life.
For these two yearshaththe faminebeeninthe land:and yetthere arefiveyears,in the whichthere shallneitherbeearingnor harvest.
And Godsentme before youto preserveyou a posterityin the earth,and to save your livesby a greatdeliverance.
So nowit wasnot youthatsentme hither, but God:and he hath mademe a fatherto Pharaoh,and lordof all his house,and a rulerthroughout all the landof Egypt.
Hasteye, and go upto my father,and sayunto him, Thus saiththy sonJoseph,Godhath mademe lordof all Egypt:come downunto me, tarry
And thou shalt dwellin the landof Goshen,and thou shalt be nearunto me, thou, and thy children,and thy children'schildren,and thy flocks,and thy herds,
And there will I nourishthee; for yetthere arefiveyearsof famine;lest thou, and thy household,and all that thou hast, come to poverty.
And, behold, your eyessee,and the eyesof my brotherBenjamin,thatit ismy mouththat speaketh
And ye shall tellmy fatherof all my gloryin Egypt,and of all that ye have seen;and ye shall hasteand bring downmy father
And he fellupon his brotherBenjamin'sneck,and wept;and Benjaminweptupon his neck.
Moreover he kissedall his brethren,and weptupon them: and afterthat his brethrentalked
And the famethereof was heardin Pharaoh'shouse,saying,Joseph'sbrethrenare come:and it pleasedPharaohwell,andhis servants.
And Pharaohsaidunto Joseph,Sayunto thy brethren,This doye; ladeyour beasts,and go,getyou unto the landof Canaan;
And takeyour fatherand your households,and comeunto me: and I will giveyou the goodof the landof Egypt,and ye shall eatthe fatof the land.
Now thou art commanded,this doye; takeyou wagonsout of the landof Egyptfor your little ones,and for your wives,and bringyour father,and come.
Alsoregardnot your stuff;for the goodof all the landof Egypt
And the childrenof Israeldidso: and Josephgavethem wagons,according to the commandmentof Pharaoh,and gavethem provisionfor the way.
To all of them he gaveeach manchangesof raiment;but to Benjaminhe gavethreehundredpiecesof silver,and fivechangesof raiment.
And to his fatherhe sentafter thismanner; tenassesladenwith the good thingsof Egypt,and tenshe assesladenwith cornand breadand meatfor his fatherby the way.
So he senthis brethrenaway,and they departed:and he saidunto them, See that ye fall not outby the way.
And they went upout of Egypt,and cameinto the landof Canaanunto Jacobtheir father,
And toldhim, saying,Josephisyet alive,and heisgovernorover all the landof Egypt.And Jacob's heartfainted,for he believed
And they toldhim all the wordsof Joseph,which he had saidunto them: and when he sawthe wagonswhich Josephhad sentto carryhim, the spiritof Jacobtheir fatherrevived:
And Israelsaid,It isenough;Josephmy sonisyet alive:I will goand see himbefore I die.
