Part VII.

The seventh part, on the state of the final judgment, has seven chapters.

The first is on judgment in general.

The second, on the antecedents to judgment, of the kind that is the punishment of purgatory.

The third, on the antecedents to judgment, of the kind that are the suffrages of the Church.

The fourth, on the concomitants, such as the conflagration of fires.

The fifth, on the concomitants, such as the resurrection of bodies.

The sixth, on the consequents, such as the punishment of hell.

The seventh and last, on the glory of paradise.
